Awesome NEW Speak Mode Features in CoughDrop AAC
CoughDrop is already a robust, flexible, cloud-based augmentative communication option that can be used on just about any device -- but there's always room to improve.
We've been listening to CoughDrop users and paying close attention to their ideas and suggestions -- and we are really excited to share the fruits of that communication.
We've taken several great recommendations and shaped the CoughDrop program so that it has some shiny new features available in speak mode to adjust, save, and share composed messages.
Some of the user-suggested options now available in speak mode include:

Text a contact directly from speak mode and have them respond to the message as well

Hold your words by pausing one message to say something else and then coming back to the original message

Repair or adjust a composed sentence to correct an error, change the tone, or to model grammar

Flip the text over so someone else can easily read it

Create a collection of quick use phrases, keep a journal, or create a presentation and save it for future use
